Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email or SMS.
Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days depending on location.
Payment Methods
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via Razorpay. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Custom or handmade products are not eligible for return unless damaged on arrival.
Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or refund requests. The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the product condition. No claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are provided only if the wrong product is received or the item is damaged or defective on arrival. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and unboxing video.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
Return Shipping
Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless a wrong or damaged product was sent by us. Tracking details must be shared once dispatched.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or washed items, products without an unboxing video, customized or handmade items, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
