Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. A clear unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or refund request, an unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel. The video should start before opening the package and clearly show the product condition. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are offered only if the wrong product is delivered or the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and unboxing video.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless the product was defective or wrongly sent.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or washed products
- Products without an unboxing video
- Customized or handmade items unless damaged on arrival
- Items damaged after delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
