All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving the order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

We offer nationwide shipping across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch. Remote or rural locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is compulsory to process any replacement or refund request.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Return shipping must be arranged by the buyer unless the item was defective or wrongly sent. Custom or handmade items may not be eligible for return unless damaged on arrival.
