Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping

  • We offer nationwide shipping within India.

  • Estimated delivery: 5-10 working days, depending on your location.

3. Payment Methods

  • We accept:

    • UPI

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Wallets (via Razorpay)

  • All payments are 100% secure and encrypted.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.

  • To request a return, email us at sakhyavrind@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  • Buyer must handle return shipping unless item was defective or wrongly sent.

Note: Custom or handmade items may not be eligible for return unless damaged.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Order Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

  • Unboxing video is compulsory to process replacement or refund claims.
